(Denver, Colo., October 13, 2017) - Moye White LLP announced that Tijana Gavric has joined the Denver law firm as an associate in its Business Section.
Gavric’s practice focuses on commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financing, and she also has extensive experience in commercial insolvency and cross-border jurisdictional restructuring.
Gavric was previously an associate at DLA Piper (Canada) in Vancouver, British Columbia, where she was a member of the firm’s Financial Services Section. She is admitted to practice law in both Colorado and British Columbia.
Gavric earned her law degree from the University of Calgary where she participated in a Student Legal Assistance clinic providing pro bono services to clients. She also studied European and International Law at Leiden University in the Netherlands and the University of Paris I: Pantheon-Sorbonne.
Gavric enjoys donating her time and expertise to community and professional organizations, and she has previously worked with The Risk Management Association, The International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, and the Access Pro Bono Society of BC.
Gavric is an avid traveler who also enjoys yoga, running, hiking and skiing. She speaks Croatian, Serbian, and Bosnian fluently and French conversationally.
