Jordan’s practice focuses mainly on tax planning for business entities, commercial transactions and general corporate law. Jordan has also assisted individual clients with their estate planning needs, including the preparation of wills and complex trusts.
Jordan is originally from Texas and moved to Colorado in 2013 to pursue his LL.M. in taxation at the University of Denver. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in government from The University of Texas in 2010 and his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law in 2013. While in law school, Jordan served as a Research Assistant to Professor Mark Ascher and received the Dean’s Achievement Award for earning the highest grade in Federal Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates.
Outside the office, Jordan enjoys playing tennis and taking his English bulldog, Bruce, to the dog park. Mr. Cohen is also an avid Texas Longhorns fan, travelling to football games whenever possible.
